In this Blueprint Map there are the thoughts and goals of the Main User which for us is the Single User and the service provider Udemy. In the customer journey part there are two different types of users (Single User and Company User) to better explain different types of touchpoints. We made also a Customer Journey for the main service provider, which is the Teacher and, for a direct comparison, another one customer journey for the Classical University user. Since our main interest in the Udemy topic concerns the generation and improvement of the trust level in the user through touchpoints and the user journey in the service, we outlined through a star the specific phases where the trust factor comes into play directly in the Customer Journey.
